Our Service facilitates networking and informational exchange among participants—including investors, founders, LPs/GPs—and may include virtual conference sessions, one-on-one meeting scheduling, and other features that enable professional connections.

4. Disclaimers Specific to Investment and Event Information

  • No Verification: Niches LLC does not verify the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by event participants, such as startup founders or investors. All information is presented “as-is” directly by those participants.
  • Not a Broker-Dealer: Niches LLC is not a licensed broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial consultant under the laws of Delaware or any other jurisdiction. We do not offer investment advice or recommendations regarding any securities or investment opportunities.
  • High-Risk Investing: Investing in startups and early-stage companies involves a high level of risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Users should conduct independent due diligence and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decisions.
  • No Liability for Transactions: Niches LLC does not facilitate, broker, or execute investment transactions. Any transactions between participants are solely between those parties.
